Jeff has over 34 years of experience in web printing and finishing operations, rising to the Plant Manager position in 2002. He is responsible for the operational performance of the plant and for the personnel and equipment necessary to ensure that ongoing plant operations are performed in a cost effective and safe manner. Jeff’s experience and high-level knowledge of the print process keeps Dixon Direct on the cutting edge of both technology and innovation.
John McGuire

Quality Manager Dixon Direct

John has 22 years of experience in the printing industry and is responsible for the quality of all printed material. John joined the company in June 1999. He worked as a Production Coordinator for 7 years handling a wide range of accounts. In March 2007 he moved into the role of Assistant Production Manager, where his duties included assisting in scheduling, and monitoring fragrance inventories. He moved into his current position in February 2012.
Dan Howell

Dan Howell

Distribution & Purchasing Manager

Dan has 29 years of purchasing, distribution, warehouse and logistics experience. Dan joined the company in 1994 as a Transportation Manager and has been in his current position for the last 11 years. Prior to joining the team in Dixon he has served as Plant Manager and Operations Management in other industries.
Ken Sandstrom

Ken Sandstrom


Ken has over 38 years of experience in accounting, finance, and audit.  He joined Dixon Direct in 2009 as the Controller and is responsible for all accounting and financial planning functions.  Prior to joining Dixon Direct, he worked for Sears Holdings Corporation, where he managed the planning and forecasting for the automotive products business unit. Previously, Ken was the Finance Director for The Mosaic Company, a multinational mining and agricultural chemical company.  Ken has a CPA from the State of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University.
